Great group to work with. Craig took a lot of extra time trying to help us with a financing mistake (not their fault) and Nick made two trips all the way out to Stansbury Park to help us sign and even deliver our other vehicle back to us. These guys absolutely understand great customer service and going the extra mile. I would recommend them to anyone.
John was a very helpful salesman, made all the number clear and concise. The manager gave us the lowest interest rate bank, and took great care of my friend. Very understanding people.
John in sales is amazing! I HATE shopping for a new vehicle and usually stay away from certified dealers because of the pushy salesman. I went in to test drive a few trucks and loved the experience. They don't keep you in there forever like other dealers do and usually get right down to the point with any questions or numbers! I was about to pull the trigger on a brand new truck but ran into some issues that didn't allow me to go through. I talked to john and he totally understood. He wasn't rude and I hope he doesn't feel like i wasted his time. Anytime I'm shopping for a vehicle this will be my first (and probably) last stop. Not joking, go see John! We went to Provo Buick not expecting to make a purchase today but just shop around and see what was out there. Nick came out to help us and was wonderful. We ended up test driving 5 cars. He was very patient and helpful without the car salesman pressure. After deciding to get the first car we drove, everyone on the team stepped into action to help everything move quickly while taking the time to explain all details of the transaction. I ended up getting a great car! The price matched blue book value, low miles, excellent condition and fits me perfectly. I am more than satisfied with my new car. Thank you Nick!
I left my car at the service center early in the morning asking that I be called as soon as they knew what had to be done. Late in the afternoon I called them, and got oh I forgot to call you..My main concern was my car hadn't been starting, we replaced the battery. My son called the next morning and was told they were working on the air conditioner, which was also a concern but isn't any good if the car won't start. he was told I would have to leave my car another night. Nope, that didn't work. I am not happy with how that went.When I bought my car at Harmons I took it back there for all servicing and was always satisfied until they changed service managers.I will not be returning
