I brought it in for a check engine light. They told me what they thought was wrong and quoted 770. I payed and they fixed it pretty quick. I went to pick it up and drove to Orem and the light came on again (not even 10 miles). I told them and they said they would look into it. Two weeks later they kept pushing me off. I had to pick it up and take it some where else.

I was recommended to this shop by my dad. I had high expectations and good conversations with Jimmy and other employees that worked with me to get my car towed there to be worked on. I got quoted 180.00 for the repair, but to my surprise I had a 380.00 bill! The lack of communication put in a rock and a hard place when I walked into the shop with the repairs already done. I won't be recommending Jimmy's Love Bug to anyone because of this experience.

Jimmy is the best and will get you a VW or Audi at the best price in the state. He always goes the extra mile and he knows the best price point for every German car he sells. He will let you know what year and make will get you the price you are looking for. We love Jimmy.
