I had some last minute Christmas shopping, like on Christmas Eve at 10 pm (oops) and they were the only store open so I stopped in, did my shopping, and checked out. The store was clean, organized, and had good selection of everything. Even though it was late on Christmas Eve, the cashier was very nice and we had a pleasant conversation whilst checking out. Sadly I don’t remember her name but props to her for being so nice. She also put in this like coupon deal code or something to save me money. Overall really happy with the experience. Thanks!

Candice and Nivida saved me tonight. I was about to be without an incredibly important medication and they both pulled a rabbit out of a hat. They are both amazing workers. I hope this message is seen and recognized for true hero's work. I thank them both from the bottom of my heart. It's hard to find people in customer service that were as kind and helpul as they are sometimes.

It shouldn’t take 30+ mins for me to get my prescription

In the last couple weeks I’ve spent over an hour waiting in line for my prescriptions over two visits. The Pharmacy has one person working the register, and running around like her life depends on it. One of the two times I’ve been rung out, the associate had the mask on their chin - who knew that Covid couldn’t be spread in Walgreens.nWhile waiting I decided to look at job postings, and there aren’t any positions for the pharmacy. I’d think Walgreens would take a pandemic seriously and insure sick people wouldn’t have to wait for ages in a tight space for their medications. You’d also think they’d enforce the mask policy for its employees.nI’d be surprised if this location isn’t the root of a few dozen cases. I’d be willing to wager that this store has lead to a few deaths. Get it together. The management team should feel ashamed and live with the thought that they’ve probably help the spread of the virus in Champaign.
