Had an awesome experience here! I got new tires installed on my truck yesterday. Pricing was great. They were totally transparent and there were no surprises. They had me in and out in about 1.5 hours. Usually you have to pay a little bit extra for great customer service, but these guys had great price and great service. I’ll definitely be using them from now on

I have worked with Larry H Miller before and this time was even better. They were absolutely great and have become even more responsive to customers. I was looking for a very specific Jeep and Krista went out of her way to find just what I wanted. I loved their efforts to support me as a customer. I would definitely recommend them for car purchases.

The service department was great to work with, and that’s what the 5 stars refers too. Everything after this only applies to the sales side. If this review was for them then I would happily give them zero or negative stars. Because if I knew when I was leasing the car what I know now I would never have worked with these people. We got a “service” package for a brand new car and it doesn’t really cover anything even though we were told differently. All it covers are oil changes and tire rotations and that’s about it. So our monthly payments increased by about $80, and we’re basically paying $400 for each service since new cars don’t need oil changes often. And then we’re having to pay for the required maintenance on top of that, which conveniently isn’t covered by that service package. When I went to talk to the sales side about this all I got was a “Sorry” and tap on the keyboard to make it look like they care and are trying to help. I asked for a refund because I was told I could cancel whenever, and basically I still get to pay the extra $80 a month but only get $250 back. Even though I still had over two years left on the lease. It wasn’t even worth it to try and get it all sorted out because it was clear they didn’t care about helping me out. They got their money and that’s all that mattered. I’m not one to leave reviews, especially negative ones, because for the most part my I don’t dwell on the bad experiences at places. But this time it was different due to feeling like I got screwed out of at least $1,000, maybe even $1,500, and then add in the sales side basically not caring about trying to help me out. So my advice to anyone is don’t buy a car from these people unless you absolutely have to. And don’t listen to any of the stuff they try to sell to you because it’s not worth it in the slightest and they don’t mind screwing you over for a quick buck.

Took my car to a different mechanic before and realized the mechanic didn't fix anything, he didn't even fix the correct part. I finally took it LHM and it was finally fixed. Mason, one of the mechanics (tall, cool beard) was incredibly nice and explained everything so well. He kept me updated on the progress and was transparent with everything. Give him and the tech that worked on my car a raise. It's hard to find honest mechanics out there, and you got a good one here - do whatever you can to keep him. Thanks for relieving the stress that car problems induce.
