Paid for 12 tux rentals for an upcoming wedding and all went well at first. I had been calling to set up the resizing to make sure everything fit and finally got through to a manager and set up the appointment for a weekend in February. The time came to get resized and come to find out after multiple phone call attempts they have closed with no email, phone call, or attempt to contact us to even let us know that we not only have to pay for tuxedos somewhere else but we are now out the cost for all the original tuxedos with no idea what to do now with a wedding coming up in just 3 months.
Disappointed that even after measuring the tuxedo that was rented didn't fit. (Three other people trying on their tuxedos during the same time all had issues). The day of the wedding the tuxedo that was picked up an hour before pictures still had a issues (pants too short). The groom ended having to wear ripped pants.
Recently rented a tux for a friends wedding. Considering I’ve worked for a formalwear company in Atlanta, I’m familiar with the rental process. It’s easy to give these places a hard time if garments aren’t exact when you pick them up. What folks should keep in mind, rental companies have a “final fitting” for a reason. Garments are made by so many different companies and size scales vary. The wedding party I was a part of had a few adjustments, but, Seno was quick to address these issues, ordered new items for our group and everyone looked great for my friends wedding.
We had the BEST experience at this place, it was our first time renting a tux. The staff is absolutely amazing, the cost was comparable to other places but the overall experience made Seno's ideal for my son. We highly recommend!!
Great time. I feel for the poor sales consultant helping us though, we made her blush redder than her hair. How she kept track of everything with a rowdy party of eight guys getting fitted and one bride trying to give instructions I don't know. I am tempted to deduct a star for no one talking the bride out of making me wear that ridiculous shade of pink though.
