Good Food. Nice people work there. Never have delivery drivers, always have delivery on. Have ordered twice and had to get refunded because they don't have delivery drivers that day. If you don't have delivery, don't take online delivery orders.... Have had it delivered before, and sat in place and good both times though

I've been going to Otts since the mid 80's. My favorite is an Ottburger with cheese and grilled onions. They also have a daily special Tues - Fri, today it was Italian Beef and fries for only 5.00. Costs less than fast food and twice as good. The owner is a standup guy. He strives to make sure your experience is a good one. In this day and age, that's rare!

Food is very delicious, my favorite theChocolate chip pancakes . This place, everyone in there are full of smiles. Why wouldn’t you go to a place like this with good food and energy?? Wake up people!

I haven’t been to Ott’s since 1967, as an 8th grader at St. Malachy’s School, but they had an excellent soda fountain Cherry Coke back then.

Staff was very friendly food was great seating needs and upgrade to cater to overweight guests
