I had a wonderful experience at Serra Buick GMC in Champaign. Our current lease was up and we needed to lease a new vehicle quickly. Jess Collins, the Sales manager, and Joe Fricke, our client advisor, made the experience so wonderful. The initial interactions were done over the phone with no issue at all. When it can time to make the purchase I was in and out of the dealership so quick and with as little interaction as needed during these pandemic times. I have two small children and my time was limited so they came through in a big way. I highly recommend Serra and the people who work there!

Had a great experience with Stephen and the service dept during a travel emergency (which turned out to be a small issue) We had a service light and low power situation with my Canyon Diesel while towing our camper. A quick search for GMC dealers in the area pointed me to Serra and I'm glad we ended up there. Within 2.5 hours of my call we were checked in, the problem was diagnosed/fixed and we were back on the road. Thanks so much for getting us in out in an unplanned situation. Great service!

great bunch of people to work with in our vehicle purchasing decisions. huge inventory to choose from and nice discounts. after purchase followup was very good ensuring we were satisfied and were ready to assist us if we had issues. very nice job Serra......

I dislike going to car dealerships because I always feel pressured to make a purchase right away. I worked with Efrem. He made my experience at Serra comfortable and I felt at ease. He listened to my wants and needs and he delivered! I got the vehicle I wanted. Him and his team made the buying process quick and easy. I would definitely recommend my family and friends to buy from Serra.

Well, I am still waiting to hear back regarding the reason I originally scheduled an appointment with GMC Champaign. In fact, the appointment was 3/20/21 and not 3/22. Did a good job upselling services for routine maintenance and completed those items while I was already there. I would recommend actually reviewing the service appointment details before sending out requests for survey feedback when the original work order has NOT BEEN completed or scheduled to date.
