Edit to update....Do NOT BUY HERE!!!!!!nYears later and many cars purchased. I had to update review. Julie is gone now:(nShane is not a good human. ! (Neither was Marshall ) but Shane was rude and told me he don't like his minimum wage car sales job . Iv never even met him only talked to him on the phonen!!!!!!Do NOT USE this PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!nSave for a heater with a beater and give it a magical name and enjoy the ride. Buy a bus pass or moped.nnMy first car loan..in the beginning.i was scared at first but Julie at the champaign location really eased my mind giving me all the information i needed to make my decision..long journey but Now I own a vehicle. I love my van. And i love julie. Im gonna miss her.nnYears later I had to update review. Shane is not a good human.

I pay every 2 weeks and they are always friendly. When covid-19 hit, there was a time I wasn't able to pay my whole payment. They were understanding and let me pay little by little. I haven't had any problems with my vehicle or any of the associates. I recommend Advantage Auto Sales in Champaign, IL

This company took over over two months to get back to me about my application. That is terrible! I got a car elsewhere, but it’s really bad for an auto sales company to take two that long to follow up on an application. During the time I tried, these people weren’t helpful either.

I went in to buy a car with cash, the man explained to me how their program worked to help me not make a mistake.. instead of pressuring me to buy a car with a payment much higher than i can afford right now he helped me even knowing he wasn’t getting a sale.. that’s a stand up character there and when i am ready for a payment I’ll be back you will have my business

I don't know if I would even give 1 star. They all about money and talk... They sell you cars with things wrong with them and expect you to get it fix. I never got notified that I was behind on my payment and got a text message at noon saying my car was up for repo effective at 9 am that day. And an hour after receiving the text I got a call and they didnt even leave a voicemail. They are not good with communication at all. Next time I go to get a car it wont be with Advantage!
