Called in to ask about some used tires this morning. Had called multiple shops prior but when I spoke to a very friendly & helpful rep name Bruno it was easy that I my decision was clear. I was going to Bill Smith auto to get this done. He was kind, informative, & very easy to talk to. I was very appreciative that I got on the call w/ him to help me w/ my tire needs. He went above & beyond to make sure I got taken care of. I am excited about continuing to do business & promote Bill Smith auto to my friends after my experience w/ Bruno!

When i called BSAP i didnt know whether there would be any problems. Id been running into snags in ordering from ebay. With no satisfactory explanations when i talked to Bruno he was personable and very efficient in helping me iut. Im more then satigied with his help. Thanx again Bruno. I will be back.

We found out the rim on my daughters SUV was bent. The tire store quoted us around $400 for a new one. Her being a single mom and right at the holidays, that would be tough. Called another used auto place in town - they took my number and info and never heard back from them. I called BIll Smith's and talked with Chris. They had what I needed for only $70 - drove to the Danville store - picked up the new rim - drove back to Champaign to the tire store. They let me return the old rim to the Urbana Bill Smith's location. Everyone was awesome to work with. Kudo's to all!
