First went in a week ago, wasn't remotely ready to buy. Sam came by, said hello, answered a couple questions, gave me his card and let me be. I was super impressed by his sincere friendliness and lack of goading me into a sales pitch. followed up a week later and I was ready to deal. Sam kept to the cars I was interested in, didn't try to fast talk or upsell or put me in something that wasn't for me (I bought a CX-3, never tried to push me to a larger CX-5 or up). from start to finish it was professional, polite, and I had a great experience. Fast forward to financing. Worked with Nick. He explained everything in clear but detailed terms. Again, didn't try to fast talk me into anything. He respected where I wanted to keep my payments, and my loan term. and he was with a little flexibility on both our parts able to get me a protection and service package right in my comfort zone. last car I purchased from another dealer left me feeling taken and hustled. it was a refreshing change this time around. I would highly recommend this dealership, and ask for Sam!

This is my 3rd time buying a new car and i have NEVER had the service i just experienced. Bianca went above and beyond to ensure i found the right car. She also has the most up-beat and bubbly personality. I would highly recommend Bianca.

Excellent vehicle and the make you comfortable with the price you want. I love my Mazda CX-5 Touring Vehicle.

Took my new 2018 pre certified Mazda in for a quick fluid check and they proceeded to tell me that my front and rear brakes were at less then 3 mm and needed to be replaced as well as my rear rotors. I then took it back to the dealership and they showed me the official state certified report on the car showing that Napleton's Mazda of Urbana falsified the report to scam me out of $900. The dealership even popped off the wheels and measured the brake pads showing that they were 6mm. Would not recommend anyone to take their car here.
