My sales advisor was rude, impatient, and argumentative both times I brought my car into the dealership. The only reason I come to Napleton's is because it is the closest Mitsubishi dealership to me. I would not come back because of my experience with the female sales advisor.

Bought several Mitsubishi Outlander sports here and my last one recently has issues. Our Mitsubishi is gonna be down for quite awhile,knowing this they tried looking for a rental everywhere but since it was spring break none available. They went above and beyond and got me a rental off their lot to use I cant thank them enough for everyone's hard work I truly appreciate it!
