Napleton’s Volkswagen of Urbana was amazing! Both Kevin and Derrick were so patient with me while I was trying to find my next car. After hours of contemplating, they got me into my new 2021 Atlas Cross Sport and with a great payment! So happy with my purchase, never did I imagine driving a VW but so glad I am! Excited to spend the next 4 years loving this car!

I recently had my VW serviced at the dealer, Napleton's of Urbana and what a great experience. Staff was friendly and helpful, the service performed was exactly as promised. Service was completed in time promised and at less than the estimate. I actually enjoy taking my car to Napleton for service, I have never had a bad experience.

Miles and the entire team made my experience of purchasing my vehicle both seamless and enjoyable. I never felt pressured by him to make a decision and he was a true pleasure to work with. This was my first vehicle purchase, and Miles went out of his way to explain the various steps of the process and took his time to make sure I understood and was comfortable with what was going on. I am deeply appreciative of the exceptional service I received by Miles and the entire VW team. Additionally, the management and finance teams were all a sincere joy to work with from the moment I stepped in to VW to after I made my purchase.

Great dealership. I was very impressed with Miles who showed me a 2016 VW GTI. He did not mess around, or use typical car salesman tactics. They also did not try to add any ridiculous dealership fees onto their price.
