This dealership has been our family’s source for used cars since they opened. We bought 9 vehicles from UC Auto in the last 24 years. I recommended them to family and friends. My new car is in great condition and bought it for an excellent price. As always, the salespersons are friendly and knowledgeable.

Wow! Is all I can think of, the salesman Paul was A awesome guy, Very honest and patient. I just recently turn 18, and was looking to buy my first car to start building credit, Paul was very helpful when deciding the perfect, loan amount as well as monthly payments, what car works better for me, He was not pushy like a lot of salesman, he kept it real when it came to any car that I ask about, he really treated me like he cared, as In saying” I wouldn’t let my son do it I’m not going to let you do it” I never seen such kindness! Please go here and go see my friend, Paul!! Although it was a bummer I couldn’t get the car because my grandfather had surprise me with one! I was still appreciated it will definitely come back in the future!

THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE, I went in to look at a 2013 Chevrolet Equinox and was interested in it, I gave my information to one of the salespersons, I believe his name was AZ or something like that. I waited 3 days and never got a call, text or email back. Come to find out that the vehicle i was interested in jumped in price from $10k to $14k without my knowledge. I do not recommend this place for vehicles, also 2012 and 2013 Chevy Equinoxes are know for having major mechanical issues so I wouldn't be surprised if this place deals in iffy vehicles.

Shopping for my car here was the best decision I could have made. I had one of the best customer service experiences working with Paul. The entire staff was very friendly, but Paul went above and beyond to get me into a safe, reliable, and affordable car. He patiently guided me through several cars that I was interested in, and put in extra time to find me a optimal financing situation. I would absolutely recommend UC Auto to anyone in the market for a vehicle. I live 60 miles away, but the travel back and forth to this dealership was worth it.
