My favorite milk tea place! It's a bit pricy but so worth it. I always get the e5 and it's still by far the best milk tea I've had.

Never tried before and very glad we stopped. A little hard to manage the campus but was worth the effort. I got a passion mango tea and it is delishous. The staff was helpful and the building was interesting. Hopefully after covid the top will be open because it looked awesome. If I ever make it back to this address I will definitely visit again. Only have 4 street because they were out of boba and I wanted to try it. Everything here was pleasing

I have tried a few different items here, and tbh there were some things that I really disliked (like the takoyaki), but to be fair I had never had most of the items before and wanted to try something new. Two items I had recently I have enjoyed. I recommend Coffee Milk Tea, but most of all, I highly recommend the Egg Tarts!! They are custard set in a flaky pastry pie shell. Each time I have ordered them, they have been very fresh, still slightly warm. Amazing. So good I ordered 8 more to take home!

Best boba on campus. Always had good drinks here, nice texture of golden boba, convenient takeaway non-spill drink bags are awesome too. The indoor seating is lovely. My favorite is the rose oolong milk tea with boba and 75% sugar.
