Starbucks

The quality of the products are very random. I usually order mocha but whether I get a good one is very random. For example, my mocha was too bitter and when I asked them to make it better, they suddenly added like 5 pumps of syrup making it overly sweet. I think the issue comes from the fact that the people who work there change a lot and they are students who are not trained enough as the staff constantly changes. Also, they don't provide services such as using the starts, etc. that are offered elsewhere.

I am the NEW manager of this Starbucks! I welcome all with kindness and the hope for the '3rd place' atmosphere! Come visit for some great drinks, snacks, and quality service!

I had an amazing experience. The new manager brought me my drink and was kind. She made sure my drink was made right and was genuine. I will be going back.
