Bunch of liers and scammers

My son was dealing on a car and was quoted a price and put a down payment with plan to return the next day and complete the paperwork & purchase. I went with him the next day to help since it was his first car purchase. Salesman did tell him about the "dealer fee" and we were of course aware of State taxes and registration etc. To our shock when we sat down for the final paperwork there was another $1000 in additional "fees" including a "theft deterrent system" beyond the dealer fee, taxes, & registration etc. I asked for the previously undisclosed fees be removed as well as the theft deterrent system. They refused and said they couldn't remove or reduce the charges. I explained we would not be purchasing the vehicle since we were not informed of the excess fees until we arrived to pay the agreed upon price from the prior day. Once I said I was leaving they agreed to negotiate the excess $1000 and meet in the middle. So I agreed to pay $500 more and they agreed to reduce the price by $500. We received the final total purchase amount and went to the bank 2 blocks away to get the (already preapproved) financing certified check for the total amount. As we were driving back to the dealership to provide payment we were 1 block away and Torres Automotive called us. THEY BACKED OUT OF THE AGREED UPON DEAL! So we have a Certified Bank Check to pay but they refused to complete the deal! They already had our DOWN PAYMENT & HAD AGREED! VERY DISHONEST! All of this took at least 2 hours and after all that we are ready to purchase but THEY WOULD NOT FINALIZE THE SALE! We had to go back to the bank and return the CERTIFIED BANK CHECK! DISHONEST & A HUGE WASTE OF TIME! You have been WARNED! They put that SCAM theft deterrent system on all their vehicles whether you want it or not just so they can UPCHARGE and MAKE MORE MONEY LAST MINUTE when you show up to purchase....along with other previously UNDISCLOSED FEES. If you want upfront honesty go elsewhere. If you want to pay an extra $1000 more for your car for nothing this is your place! If they actually complete your deal!

Loved this dealership so professional. Wow really really sad double checked my bill of sale and all of my charges. I was told 2k for a 3 year warranty. Well come to find out they lied just checked and they charged me 2995.00. Awesome Torres automotive thought i could trust you. Im really un impressed. Bought a 2015 Mercedes-Benz Cla 250. Love the car. Hate being lied to. Yes i agree i should have double checked my bill of sale, but honestly thought i could trust oscar islas. And again theft deterant 499.00 i have full coverage insurance. I dont need theft deterant. Thats right didnt happen to mention thats optional.
