Prairie Pines Campground

Best park on I-57. Lots of space between the sites and at $25 per night it’s a great deal. They could use a little more gravel on the sites but all-in-all a 5 star stop. This rating is based on the price and the sites. This is a campground and not a Resort. So if you want a Resort with a pool this is not your stop. If you want a nicely maintained campground with lots of grass and space with fire pits, this is your place.

Previously a mobile home park. We stayed one night just passing through. There’s a small curb to back your RV over to get into your site.

I stayed there for a couple of weeks because I was working at the Mitsubishi plant. The lady that was in charge of the camp ground was just outstanding .polite sweetheart really took care of the place ,super clean bathrooms and she would stop by and see if we needed anything I told everyone at work I was so impressed I think her name was Linda no sure lol

Love this campground. Its quiet, clean & so green. The people are so sweet. Town is just a bike ride away. Its awesome ud83dudc4c

Great campground and great price. Plenty of space for any size rig. Laundry and plenty of field to run the dog.
