Great fishing on the lake!!
What can i say , yes the water bills are high, and some areas have a higher crime rate than others. Yes i have had a speeding ticket, and watched plenty of speeders go by my house and jump the 15mph speed hump or stop on it with there camaros and mustangs to do burnouts on it yet no security handing them tickets. Permits to do anything on your property can be a little demanding but its there rules and you agree to them when you move in. On the flip side it is a safe place to live , with no one coming to your door to solicit, and the rules help keep the place clean.
Nice place but not for me not into being told what I can not do with my own place
