This used to be one of my favorite places to eat in Fairfield. I am not sure what happened. The past few times I have gone, I have been less and less impressed. Have probably been here 7 times in the past 2 years. I am not sure if management has changed or what the issue is, but they have moved away from customer service and value toward micro-transactions with hidden added charges on multiple items on the menu and the food quality is just not what it was before.nnI got angry when I ordered the superbird as a wrap(which is a listed option) and was charged $2-3extra for getting it in a tortilla instead of on bread. My wife also had an additional 2-3 dollar charge based on a side she chose which was advertised to come with the meal. I don't care about upcharges for things but sticking it on the bill without putting it on the menu makes customers angry. And you need to notify a customer that if they request a dipping sauce like ketchup or honey mustard for their fries, that there is an additional charge. It is rare to charge for condiments but if you tell someone up front they won't be angry about it.nnI really don't think I will be going back this time. Quality and customer service have just declined...
