DiMaggio’s Pizza in Fairfield

With a Name like DiMaggio’s it’s hard not to give this a try..Was given this recommendation by one of the locals as I’m from out of town. The pizza was excellent, I’d give it a 7/10 Greek Salad and House dressing was very good as well. Ordered delivery and although they forgot plasticware for the salad the driver was very nice and asked how my hunt was this evening.nnWell Done

We love to visit local restaurants when we travel, so when we were visiting Fairfield, IL we heard that DiMaggios's Pizza was the place to go. We are so glad that we listened, because it was AWESOME!nWe tried the Mediterranean Salad. I usually do not pick salads with fruit in them, but because this salad was recommended by so many I had to try it. It was amazing!! All of the flavors just went together so well. I would get this salad again and again. We also tried the Caprese Pizza. This was one of there summer pizza flavors. The pizza dough was just the perfect thickness and it complimented the toppings perfectly. The balsamic drizzle was really a yummy touch. We also tried the Homemade lasagna. The sauce is so delicate and comforting. Dipping the breadsticks in it- just so good.nI would totally recommend that you go by and enjoy a meal at DiMaggio's. You will totally thank me for the recommendation!!

Fast friendly service and the best pizza ever.

Great food, but a little on the pricey side. Totally worth it though!
