The pharmacy in Marion IL is absolutely horrible. They call and say your medicine is ready and you get there it isn’t. They fill old scripts from over a year ago and even two years ago. You ask them to remove the scripts they say it won’t happen again and surprise it happens over and over. They run it through old insurance and say it’s not covered and say they can’t remove the old insurance so every time I go I have to make sure it’s all ran through the new insurance. Finally today I called and asked if all my medicine is ready and the lady said yes. I showed up and NOTHING was ready so I asked why they called me to say it’s ready and why the lady confirmed over the phone. The man just looked at me and said “well sorry” this isn’t the first time either. It happens almost EVERY time. Just awful! I reported it to the “manager” of the pharmacy and they didn’t seem to care. I will be changing pharmacies.

Clean and convenient.. Staff is always extremely helpful and kind.

Other places in town usually have better prices, and the service here is fairly hit and miss.
