I placed the order online and after I received my confirmation and estimated pick-up time the website advised me an error occurred and to contact the store because the order wasn't received. I was a bit irritated because the money was taken from my account. I expected it to be a bigger issue at the store, however the lady (i think she was a manager) handled everything perfectly. She asked what I ordered and said she hadn't received the order yet but she would start cooking it and hopefully it will process in her system by the time I arrive. When I arrived my order was hot, ready, and processed on the stores end. The manager didn't panic if she was stressing over the system issues you would never had known it, she knew exactly what to do and in order to keep everything running smoothly. I will definitely be back here when we are in town.

Used to be very good but not anymore. Last three visits we have waited anywhere from 20-45 minutes for our food. In our most recent visit there were 9 employees inside hanging out and two outside hanging out. Nothing in our order was correct even after waiting for well past the time frame given. It wasn’t until I got home that I realized that they didn’t even give me part of my order which is my fault. Very mismanaged and I will not be spending anymore money at this place. I hate being negative but each experience continually has gotten worse.

The employee running the window was extremely rude and flipped me off I would not eat at this store they are apparently full of young punks that don’t know how to do there job without being obscene and rude.

You will normally have to wait for your hot ready pizza 15 minutes had to wait 45 mins one day for cheese bread and Pepperoni most bestest. Can't get crazy bread half the time because they will not put the seasoning on it. Good luck
