About 1 month ago we purchased a boat and realized we did not have a big enough vehicle to pull it. I needed to buy a bigger truck right away! I went on KSL and printed about 12 ads of pick up trucks that would be in our price range and fit our needs. I went from Ogden, Salt lake City, Orem, and Provo and looked at 12 trucks, 7 were at dealers 5 at private sellers. The last place I went to was Caesar Santos in Provo. I did not purchase anything until I went here because they had a truck that looked good and was the best price of any others I had considered. It looked to good to be true so was not sure what to expect. It was even better than I had imagined and ended up buying the truck there. It has a recycled title (I have bought several other vehicles like this as I believe you get more vehicle for your money as long as it was not badly damaged ands was repaired correctly). Once I made the decision the process was quick and they did everything right there. No dealer will always have the perfect vehicle on any given day but I would strongly recommend you do not buy anything without at least stopping by here and taking a look at what they have. You may find your perfect vehicle and if you get it here you will more than likely save thousands of dollars, I did!!! I purchased a car from here with cash. They were great to work with the amount I wanted to spend. I got what I wanted out the door but was promised the rock chip repaired and the missing fenders replaced and it’s been 5 months now and nothing. I called once and they took a message and acted like I was never told that. However my car had an issue within 12 hours of leaving the lot and they did fix it (ended up being a recall and had to deal with the manufacturer) they gave me a loaner car which I really appreciated and would’ve gave a 5 star if they would’ve followed through with the promises.

I have come to Cesar Santos twice with not great experiences. The first time I went to test drive a car, everything was fine but the car had either a bad head gasket or piston rings. I asked and never got a response about the car and if those would be in the warranty. The second time I actually ended up buying the car. Buying process was fine but then 50 miles later the check engine is on. It’s for the catalytic converter. I ask and drop off the car and they put in a new oxygen sensor. After I got under the car when I got it back it doesn’t look like the o2 sensor was even touched. But I could wrong there. But once again the check engine come back on. Same code. They tell me it’s not in the warranty, but they sold me the car like this. They also told me the car passed emissions. But with a bad catalytic converter the car won’t pass. And emissions can be cheated if you know somebody that can do it. I kept asking and eventually they just stopped responding to me. It’s not in the warranty and it “passed” emissions so they don’t view it as their problem

The service rep, Felipe, that helped us was awesome. He helped us get into a great vehicle at a great price. Would definitely recommend you visit this place.

I was looking for a rebuilt title car, and Cesar and Max were so kind and willing to work with me the entire way. No confrontational tactics like some of the other used dealers I visited, you can tell they are humble and do what they can. there was an airbag error a week after buying the car, and even though I bought the car as is, they instantly offered to repair it without a second's hesitation, the repair was done in under an hour.
