Stopped by on my way back to Kentucky from stl this weekend . My burger was made using meat that was old but when I went back through the drive through to tell them the manager insisted on making the sandwich fresh . She came out to our car and hand deliver the food. She didn't leave until I told her that I was satisfied. When I told her that the burger was not only fresh but the best I've ever had from Hardee's, she lit up. This woman is someone that takes pride in her craft and customers service. I didn't get her name but Hardee's is lucky to have her ! Thanks actually caring enough to get it right ✅

It's a good Burger better than McDonald's and Burger King
Food was fresh, breakfast was delightful. I haven't had Hardee's breakfast ever, and I've clearly been living under a rock. The prime rib fried egg biscuit was great! I was a little apprehensive, but the tender meat was good. I'd go back again, but I think I want to see what the Monster Biscuit is about. Definitely looks like it's worth a try.
Love the Frisco (no sauce). Coupon is great and I routinely go through. I love that the coupon allows 2 so I can get a second one and share with my dogs. Yeah, staff isn't always the friendliest as someone else mentioned and docked them severely, but heck they're performing an often thankless job and delivering a good product IN a pandemic.
