I went just to shop in the store. I received no help from staff. When I asked for a box for my snow globe I was told they had none. No one tried to find me one so I purchased nothing. I love shopping in the Cracker Barrel stores they always have very unique and nice things for a very reasonable price. But this location here is very terrible.
The wait time was 30 minutes so we shopped a lil until our table was ready. There were many clearance items. The food was delicious. I ordered the fried chicken and enjoyed every bit. I could not decide on biscuit or corn muffin so I have one of each. Our waitress was polite. I tipped 25 percent. Will order the chicken again but the meat loaf sure looked delicious.
Waiter was friendly and provided good service. My main entree was over-cooked but everything else was good. The manager gave me a free dessert to compensate. Restroom was in need of service. This Cracker Barrell looks old and worn. Will go to Shiloh next time.
It was a very nice relaxing day. Had the meatloaf, mashed potatoes and gravy and fried okra. Really liked it.
This was our go to place while working in the area. We all loved it, and got something different every day to take to our hotel. Loved to shop there too!
