The street tacos al pastor are amazing! I loved the pineapple in it. Ordered at their food truck in the parking lot and ate outside on a beautiful day.
Tacos pastor has officially become my favorite type of mexican food. The fresh pineapple, cilantro, onion, and homemade salsas with lime makea for the best flavor profile you could imagine with that marinated pork shoulder. Plus they're only $1 each, beat that cause ya can't.
The street tacos are very good . Comes with 2 dipping sauce cant wait to go back

Dollar El Pastor tacos. All of their street tacos are amazing. I do prefer the El Pastor particularly.They have an outdoor stand they run when the weather is nice. If not you can buy tacos out of the main building to go window.I highly recommend this place if you live anywhere near Collinsville, Fairview heights, Fairmont City or Caseyville.I'm originally from San Diego and these are some of the best street tacos I've ever had or at least that came close to back home. Seriously 10 out of 10
