This 2nd rate towing facility is supposed to pickup within 90 minutes of being dispatched from roadside assistance. I called them 5 hrs later and they said my car should have been picked up a few hours ago and hung up. Next day my car is still in the same place. Called them back and they denied ever getting a work order and told me I had to talk with my insurance and hung up. When I tried them again my call was sent to voice-mail. So they lied about the work order, and handled the customer service like a bunch of babies. I had to call another tow service (they came right out) to get the job done. Don't use these guys, your car will be on the side of the road for days, and you'll have to dispute the charges with your credit card company to get your money back on top of it all.

My fiance was driving one of my vehicles back to her parents house 3 hours away from us when it broke down on the side of the highway and it was getting pretty late. The company worked with me on the limited information I could give them on the location of the vehicle. They were able to pick up the vehicle and even held it overnight for me without extra charges so I didn't have to stay up late waiting to make the payment and dropped it off the next morning. I was really pleased with how they responded and kept me informed of what was going on with the tow. I would definitely use them again.

I am impressed with the service provided by Patterson Towing. I've used them on several occasions and they are always super efficient. They often arrive before the estimated arrival time and their drivers are courteous. They take great care in getting the vehicles to their destination. If you have the misfortune of a car break down, don't hesitate to call them. They provide awesome service.
