Blowing smoke out of the hood like a campfire had just been doused. These guys not only answered the phone quickly but were extremely patient and understanding with me in a time of panic. They got my car in the shop incredibly fast and showed me what was going on. They went on to explain worst case scenario, which I appreciate more than I know how to express. They even went as far as to offer me a ride to the appt I was going to miss. I was able to reschedule but the sincerity with which that offer was made blows me away. Truly a perfect experience! If my car had to break down I'm glad it happened near Thomas Garage. If you don't bring your vehicle here you're making a mistake.
