Everything was fine. They were very polite and professional. They handled the covid-19 restrictions very professionally. The employees of the transmission I purchased directly into my truck.nnI would recommend always checking the tie downs as soon as your off site. There was only one strap around the unit and the pallet and it slipped allowing the transmission to come loose.

Great place to get quality used parts. Parts are already pulled for you so you don't have to do it.

I contacted these people before my warranty was up on an engine I bought off them that went bad. I got the runaround from them and they told me after the warranty expired that I was supposed to fill out a report before it expired. They made it a point not to tell me I'm sure. Paid $1300 for at the most a $300 engine for a six month warranty. Never again will I get screwed by them...
