Second Chance Fitness 24 Hour Gym

I’m only giving it a 4 because it gets really crowded after working hours. I love the facility and sled a lot! The treadmills are nice too. Thank you Second Chance for a wonderful place to workout.

Love that there are are virtual classes you can take anytime or go to a fitness class with some awesome trainers. Plus there are showers, so you can get freshened up and enjoy the rest of your day!

Great gym. Clean with a nice selection of equipment whether you’re into Cross-fit, weightlifting, or cardio. I’m usually there during the off hours but, when I’ve stopped by during the day, the staff has always been very courteous. Ben’s very helpful and gave me some coaching on squatting and deadlifting when I first joined.

24 hour gym to fit my schedule and always rags and shower towels there for your use. Second chance has always answered any questions and rhere supplements are top of the line
