The buying experience here was great, they treated me very well. If this review was just based on that it would have been 5 stars. After getting the car home and not driving a lot with it because of Covid the transmission went out, stranding my wife on the side if the road and had to be completely replaced. Mechanic told me it has been going out for a long, long time. When I tried to get help at the dealership to ask why they hadn't discovered this in their inspection before putting the car up for sale i was passed around and got no help. Even a call back would have been nice but I got nothing. Disappointed that I can't trust their multi point inspection process on every car they touted.

This dealership is a pain in the ass to work with if you're financing with your bank. They push you every way they can to finance through them even if the rate is 3x what you would have with a bank. I love my car, but I'm not sure the whole process was worth it because it was exhausting. If you have full payment, or want to finance through them, then they're great. I would give more stars, but this was way worse than my first car that I bought from Low Book Sales in Lindon. I will be going back there from now on.

At most car dealerships I feel like the salesperson is trying to rob me, Eduardo was awesome. I felt like he really wanted to help us get the best deal. Very honest. He answered all of our questions and wasn’t pushy. I never felt like he was trying to sell us something.
10/10 would recommend. 😊
