It was a great experience! They helped me quickly and efficiently, she kept communication throughout the process by text. After I had purchased the car she was helpful in letting me know when registration was done.
I had visited a few other locations on center street (because there are many other choices) but I felt most comfortable with Autos360. They were kind and did not push too much, unlike another dealership we visited down the street.
If they have what you’re looking for I would recommend working with this dealership above other ones!
We love Autos 360. We have bought two cars for our teenagers from them and plan to buy other cars there in the future. Diana has treated us like family. She truly cares about her customers experience and satisfaction. I can't say enough good about their whole operation.
I thought I would be lost as a new car buyer, but Diana made buying more easier. Even when my own bank was giving me a hard time in financing my car, this same place found a better way out. We had been to several small dealers as we were searching and autos 360 was great! Friendly, excellent service. Allowed us to take the car to our mechanic where our mechanic was impressed by the work they did on this rebuilt title. Handled all the paper work with registration for a stress free complete car purchase.
A week ago I took a car with the Autos 360 and I can assure you that I was more than satisfied with the price of the car, the quality of the service, and the availability of the staff. They privilege the human relationship rather than simply deal.
