We rented a trailer space here for 5 years, until we moved away--that's the only reason I ended our rental; otherwise, Mike & Allie were great at every point we needed anything (which were very few), great rate & always helpful.
I had an extremely hard time getting ahold of the girl that mixed up my appointment, but she was apologetic and compensated me for waiting over an hour for her to show up. (Text messages work better than leaving a message on the answering machine) I must say that if it wasn't for the gal being genuinely sorry, my review would have been a lot less, I hope they realize how important it is to have good employees!

I have two units here. I noticed a small leak in one of my units, I called and they were very helpful and took care of the problem very quickly and even followed up with me.nLove that it has code and camera to keep everything safe.
