This place is wonderful and fast friendly service for a quick bite to eat. Wonderful chicken and fries box and banana shakes And blueberry fanta slushies are great!

Seriously can't believe I ever think it will get better!! I Used to love a Rally's burger & season fries... my food was cold out of the drive thru!! Went to the window to plz at least get fresh fries, was verbally assaulted!

Ordered my food. Got to the window and when the girl handed me my drinks on one of those pressed cardboard trays I tried to tell her that I dont like them because they tend to spill, she told me she didn't have time and closed the window. When she brought my food I again tried to explain to her my point she shut the window while i was still talking. Guess this Rallys doesnt teach customer service.

The Big Buford hamburger[ has changed. Lots smaller, not nearly as good.nAnd they were out of all soda.
