Not a good experience this evening. Several tables were dirty where we told to sit. The food was good but 8 dollars worth of charges that we did not have. I will not be going back anytime soon.

I went here last weekend for breakfast and our server was so amazingly nice. She was above and beyond stellar, very quick to help with whatever we needed. We didn't have to wait too long for our food to be delivered. And I learned if you go to ihops website and enter your email address, you get a free stack of pancakes for your next visit! I definitely have something to look forward to, and I hope I get the same server cause again she was just all around amazing!

We were seated immediately, still had to wait an hour for any food to come out. When it did come out, the gluten free pancakes were tiny and practically rubber. Do not come if you’re in a rush or hungry. You’ll be disappointed.

Ordered a spinach and mushroom omlet. Had not even a sliver of a mushroom in it and the holindaise sauce on top had the cold film on it. I'm not sure how long it set out before it was brought to me, but it was definitely long enough for them to have added mushrooms! It was horrible! Luckily the waitress asked how it was and made them make me a new one!

Horrible experience!!! Worst I have ever had in food service! Walk in and they say they are about to close but it is 5 hours from thier posted closing time. She agrees to serve us anyway. She messed up a drink (that happens) but it took her two trips to the table to remember the correct drink. The waffle machine was broken. When she brought my food, sauce was falling off the edge of the plate and when she set it on the table, she set it so close to me that it touched my stomach and got sauce on my shirt. Took two trips to remember the ketchup that was requested. The pancakes were nearly burnt on the outside. Then to top it off, she rings us up and doesn't provide a receipt. I ask for one and she says she has to keep that copy. I ask for another copy and she can't produce one without re-ringing everything. I ask if I can see the copy she is keeping and she mysteriously can't find it amoung all the receipts. I ask is it policy to not give receipts and she says her manager says so. I ask to see the manager and suddenly the cashier is the only one on duty but I saw the manager out at a table not 10 minutes before. Omg!!! It was horrid!!
