A great park for a Scenic walk. If you don't mind the rolling Hills this is a great park for the nature aspect. The improved Path takes you all the way to the River Road and some footpaths on the upper park area wind you Through the Woods. There is no playground for the kids but the disc golf course is well maintained with concrete pads and alternate hole locations ranging from Par 3 to a par 5. There is only one restroom which is a large handicap accessible porta potty. Not sure if there is a source for water, so plan appropriately.
La Vista has a wonderful disc golf course and you can tell the people in charge of maintaining it put a lot of love into it. It is fairly new so it is still a work in progress. Not every tee pad is in place yet but that is okay. There are lots of great obstacles and elevation changes and the baskets get moved regularly.
Great Disc golf park, well marked. Very nice!
Love this disc golf course! A nice variety of hole design causing the player to utilize a variety of shot selections. Multiple tee pads and also still being worked on improving layouts and adding concrete tees. Do yourself a favor and go play this course no matter your skill level.
Fantastic disc golf course. It was in great condition when I played. The holes are very well designed and the layout flows pretty nicely
