My wife and I had test drove several other vehicles before we came to Ken Garff. Rick Dawson noticed us and welcomed us. He was warm and friendly and before long we were on the road test driving a 2021 Honda Pilot. We fell in love with it right away and knew we had found our car. But when I told Rick I wanted to sleep on my decision he didn’t pressure me like I kind of expected. I knew on the way home I wanted a second test drive of a 2021 Subaru Ascent After that test drive my mind was made clear the Pilot was my car, much smoother ride, more space inside and rode higher on the road which I like too. They were both around the same price so the choice was easy. Now comes the really amazing part, the next after informing Rick we wanted the Pilot, after getting almost all the to the of the deal we discovered our model had no parking senors. Well that could have been a deal breaker for us but Rick worked with his manager and they were able to find us a little upgraded Pilot, of course for a few more$$ but a lot more features😃 so we were really happy they were so helpful to us. Great job guys!!!
Mark Walker was hands down the best car salesman that I’ve ever worked with! Not pushy at all, he listened to our needs and pointed us in exactly the right direction. He was also super informative on the vehicle and the entire buying process. He even called multiple times after the purchase to make sure everything was going smoothly and if we had any questions or concerns. 10/10 would recommend working with Mark!
This was the easiest purchase of a car I have ever had. The salesman, Chris, was very helpful. Absolutely no pressure! He was very friendly and made the process totally pain free. The finance manager explained everything so well and again no pressure. Usually after spending hours purchasing a car, I leave exhausted. No this time. If you are looking for a Honda, I would strongly recommend this store!
I’ve had some bad experiences at dealerships. This was by far the best dealership I have ever been to. They sent me live video of all the work they were doing on my vehicle. Explained everything as they went. The environment while I waited was very peaceful, quiet, and friendly. I won’t ever go anywhere else. Thank you for your awesome service!!!! Five stars all day.
Had to fix several issues with our vehicle a week before a road trip. They got everything done on time and were so kind and helpful. I had been thinking of trying elsewhere since they are often busy, but I guess it is because they do such a great job! Anthony in particular was super helpful and we will definitely continue having our vehicles services here!
