I thoroughly enjoyed my car-buying experience here. The used car I bought was a great price and in near-mint condition. The staff were very nice and really had the whole process down. Paperwork was fast and efficient and everyone was kind. Had a great conversation with the salesman taking me on a test drive. Over all wonderful service and great value.
Ken Garff VW was one of the best dealership experiences I’ve had. Brady was honest, patient, and helpful. He worked hard to get me the car and the extras I wanted in my price range. He took extra time to understand me and went out of his way to accommodate and explain what I needed.
I’ve had bad experiences at dealerships before, Brady was far and above the best most pleasant person to do business with.
I had been shopping around for vehicles for awhile, even went to a few places. I finally tried Ken Garff and was able to get great customer service, they accepted my trade in (which I really needed) and was able to get the bigger vehicle I wanted for my growing family. They were very helpful, answered all my questions and even entertained my daughter, and showed they actually understood my busyness as a working mother and showed care towards her. They made sure that I got all I needed for my new vehicle, and helped me get the best rates and what would work for me!
This was my first time buying a car I went in end of July hoping to get a car in August. I met my salesman and we talked about the important things that come with a car. Later on I had some things come up and had to postpone to another date. My salesman understood and gave me time checking up with me every so often to see how things were progressing. When it came time that I was able to get my car I was chad set up a time to for me to come in he was able to find my dream car. He found a car in my price range and was able to help me find insurance for my car so I didn’t have to pay 500 so I could actually get the car and he helped find a credit union that was able to accept me without a co-signer. Chad was excellent. He was funny and kind. He was so so helpful and honest. I couldn’t have asked for a better day and experience. Thank you so much chad!
My salesman gave me excellent service and a great price on my 2019 Golf Spodtwagen. He stayed in touch in a very unobtrusive way via email while I solidified my decision to buy, no phone calls and only providing information about the car to educate me further of my selection. He quoted an out-the-door price and didn't come up with any last minute surprises. I got the car for the price he quoted. I was amazed. He helped me get familiar with the main operations of the car's electronics and several other unintuitive operations before I left the dealership and offered further help if I needed it. Great car buying expedience!
