CVS COVID testing is unhelpful at best and dangerous. For one thing they will blame their contracted labs for the delay but their testing should cease when they are no longer capable of giving you results within the timeframe that they tell you when you sign up. I was told 2 to 5 days for results and it is now day 12 and no results. On top of being sick, this has caused not only Personal stress but stress to my family and work, I had to cancel a very important surgeon appointment, and the list goes on. CVS please stop “provisions” you’re not capable of.

Every time I come to this CVS I wait in line forever for the pharmacy and most of the time my meds are not even ready when I show up. Also I think the pharmacy staff is very rude. Always feel like they have excuses why my script is not ready when I get here. Make me sit in the car with my screaming children who don’t feel good that is why I am here in the first place, or they make you drive around and wait in the line for another 20 minutes. I will be looking for somewhere else to do my business.

Went to grab something really fast.nGot door and it was locked! The time was 8:54!! If you're open until 9 .....then why do you lock up before. 9 is 9.nKnocked until someone came to door. They did.let me in but rudely.nI left with my purchase before 9,!!!nSo what is the reason..n9 is 9 and not before.

The line here is always very long and slow. Also the staff is very rude.
