Quick and easy chip repair.
Joseph was the technician that took care of me. You ever meet someone who was so cool, but super professional too, to the point where you didn't know if you should address him by dude or sir? That's the kind guy he was. I spoke with another technician there as well and I'm lead to believe that's just the culture at Safelite in Alton, Illinois.
The employee was a little short with us when we arrive, but it was partly due to being the only worker and us being a few minutes late. He was very professional and quick at replacing the windshield. Much appreciated and overall a positive experience!
Scratches on my dash, said they were already there, glass left in the vehicle, came out cleaned it out and still glass in vents, even though I showed him where it was.
They where on time and done a superb job on my windshield.
