Highly recommend Freer Auto Body! After having my car hit I was dreading all the process of having to get it fix. Freer made it so easy! From the estimate, to the rental car, and handing all the insurance stuff in between! The customer service was top notch and took the time to explain everything to me. Their body work speaks for itself, my car looked brand new! On top of all this, the active roll this family owned business plays in our community takes them above and beyond just a 5 star rating. I love any business that supports the community and gives back!nnBesides the only rose I got this year was from them!

Wow. This place is amazing. Let me start first with saying that the staff are honest, customer service is great, they are very professional, and the workmanship is excellent. They have worked on several of my cars, did it in less time than expected and the cars look awesome again. I was very happy after taking my cars here. I can only imagine that your experience will be just as great. Freer Auto Body is flawless!!

They are amazing! First off they treat you like your family, and I really mean it. Drop off your car at lunch time they will invite you to eat whatever they are. They truly care about their customers, and that is hard to find now a days. Their work is top notch, I use to be a body man and can tell you that they have some of the best in the business repairing cars. They also give back to the community, they hold fundraisers and constantly donate to causes in the area. They truly are a amazing family that has amazing employees. They are the only place I’ll ever let fix my car, even though I hope to never have to use them again, but if I do I know the process will be easy. Having your vehicle messed up is stressful enough, they take the stress out of getting it fixed and help make sure it’s as easy as it can be. Love the freer family and all they do and can’t not praise their work enough.

Ive used Freer Auto body every time I’ve had an issue with any of my vehicles. Their professionalism and quality of work is unmatched along with having your repairs done on time or before you would expect them to be done. Your always greeted with a smile and you leave with one as well! Great family owned business with quality employees! There’s no better place to go in the Metro East and they will always get my business and should have your too!

We have been lucky enough not to have a bunch of vehicle issues but the two times we needed repair Freer was on it! The first fix was a missing BMW emblem that they ordered super quick and took less than a minute to pop on for us. The second issue, we had was a shattered rear truck window that was ordered and received the same day. Freer fixed it quick and easy and even fixed the auto slide that hadn’t worked before. Great customer service and a great company to work with!
