I was traveling to Collinsville from Indianapolis pulling a trailer and had a flat tire. So I pulled off the interstate to get the tire fix at Chandlers tire and Auto. Went in to the office and talk to a nice young lady. So I ask her if they sold used tires as they advertised on the sign out front. So she went a checked for a tire and there was no luck. So I said it can just be plugged and I can get on down the road. She came back from the shop and told me that they could not help. Are you kidding me. So here I sit in the parking lot at thier shop with a flat tire and no way to go anywhere. remember I'm at a tire store and they won't even help a customer to get down the road. This place is a joke. I will walk 30 miles to get a tire fix before I would ever pull in to this place again. I wish I could give them a -5. Joke

Very honest they will not fix something that is not broken and they guarantee their work. Elli or Bailey will call you with an estimate before the guys do any work. I take all my family's vehicles to them. I highly recommend them.
