Stopped in for a quick bite and it was Great ! its really Rare that you order fast food and it tastes good and they actually get your order Right the first time !
They was the worst dairy queen i have ever been to. Their service was horrible.
I order a 4 peice chicken strip basket, a small cookie dough blizzard with marshmallow, and a large Dr Pepper with no ice. I got a 3 price chicken strip basket and no toast, my blizzard had nuts in it and was almost melted, and my drink had ice in it. I also did not receive a receipt and when I got home (I live two blocks away) my food was cold like it had been sitting out! It also took forever to get and I was in the drive up. Not happy and I will not be getting food from here again! Thankfully I’m not allergic to nuts or this could have been really bad because I didn’t know until I took a bite! Honestly I wish I could give no stars! I will say the staff were nice and did replace my drink but I didn’t notice anything else until I got home.
Awesome food. Good service.
We stopped at dq in arcola il. The last two bites of my husband's hamburger had a very long hair in it! Two times we've had a bad experience with dq so looks like no more dq
