Mary who prepares my taxes explains everything and is a really nice person. I also like the Peace of Mind option.

No waiting, very polite, I had episode of coughing she immediately went got me a drink. Main was by making me feel less stressful and explained to us everytime she filled in info.

The lady I got kinda seems like she doesn't know what she is doing but I'm filing backed taxes so maybe thats why? Also told her over the phone id take off work to make an appointment early so she didnt have to stay over past her shift witch she made a point to let me know she was doing just to get there and her tell me how much I needed to pay to file my paperwork......i only lost an hour of work but I mean thats info I could have got over the phone and finished my shift. I'm sure this is a decent place just let them work around your schedule and go somewhere else if not filing the current years taxes

My taxes are always done right. Ive been going to h&r since i was 17yrs old never a problem!
