Delightful people, speedy, efficient service, and convenient location make this place a pleasure to use.

This new young couple is what this store needed. They want to run the store as an owner operator. They now have a home in town and are an added plus to our business community. They put service into the service business.

The UPS store in Cape Girardeau, Missouri did a fantastic job of getting my package delivered to my grandson in 2017 but now I keep getting emails wanting to know how they did even though I filled out to say what a good job they did. I live in Florida so I haven’t got a reason to go back there so for the last time, if you need a package sent and your in Cape Girardeau, Missouri use that UPS store , they’re fantastic but expect them to aggravate you with emails.

For the past 3 experiences with this specific location, I’ve had issues with my packages. The first time they lost it and sent it all the way to Scott City, the second time the customer service representatives were dismissive of my issues and provided no help, the third time I had the exact same issues. Instead of listening to me, a customer, I was cut off and interrupted and basically told I was t going to be getting any help from them.
