I googled family law and estate planning and this law firm came up on both searches. I called and asked to schedule a consultation about estate planning and I was rudely told that he couldn’t help me and I should call another law firm. Very rude and unprofessional. I know that this is Cape and we don’t have much to offer, but I hope that Trae Bertrand isn’t actually considered premier. I called the Tarry Law firm and they were very helpful and personable on the phone and scheduled me an appointment immediately.

I was in a car accident and was at a loss. I called around a few places and Mr. Bertrand seemed eager to help and very genuine. I had spoken with a few lawyers and it always seemed I was not worth their time by the way and tone they spoke to me, some never called back. Bertrand settled my case for more than I expected and this made a significant difference in my life when I was in such an overwhelming situation. I had an issue recently where I had made a mistake. Came to Mr. Bertrand and he was able to get both of my charges dropped to significantly lesser charges. One of the original tickets could have ruined my future teaching career. A lawyers job is not necessarily to prove their clients innocence, but to see that every process of the issue is handled fairly and according to our constitutional rights, and Mr. Bertrand found that I was not treated one hundred percent fairly. I have to admire that about a lawyer. I will recommend him to anybody I know who needs a defense lawyer.
