Denise and Frank sit on paperwork. They aren’t organized, find things laying around on desks that they forgot about, forget what paperwork you have and have not signed. Paid in full as petitioner, however, they allowed the Respondent to call and make a change without my knowledge which delayed paperwork even more. They are in no hurry.
