Great customer service as usual. The two attendants(Dakoyta and Gina) that were working when I visited were polite and professional as usual.

The Casey’s in Virginia, IL is terrible. I only rated it a 1 because there wasn’t a 0. The food is terribly overpriced for what you get and the girl working the cash register at 2:30 is even worse. I’m not that that familiar with how to get points for your purchase so after I paid almost $10 for a chicken sandwich, potato cheese bites, and a Coke freeze, I asked how you get your points added, and she flatly stated “You have to do that before you pay!” She didn’t even bother to try to help me even though I know she could have added the points to my account. Hasn’t been the first time that I’ve had extremely bad service at a Casey’s, so they can stick their points and I’ll never spend another penny there!

Great deals, especially if you have a Casey's Rewards account. There is always something at a discount, or even free. The Rewards app allows you to track deals on a daily basis and view how many points you've earned towards cash back in the store or at the pump. Best perks: every sixth coffee is free, every tenth large pizza is free, Rewards Weeks (every day something different is free, could be a free donut, a free cookie, a free energy drink, etc.), the menu is always updating with seasonal options, and the cash back comes fast.
