Everyone is so encouraging and friendly! It is a very clean, cute gym. I love it!

I live in Chicago, was in town visiting family, and needed a place to lift. I powerlift, and look for a place with quality weightlifting equipment, and good places are hard to come by. The Sweat Shop was amazing and had it all: deadlift platform, squat racks, quality benches, lots of free weights and great high-end machines, including Hammer Strength, and Star Trac. The place is immaculate, super clean, all the weights in their right place, spacious, well lit. Will definitely come back here next time I’m in town, and wish I could go here every day.
