Great service. James came by on a Sunday to make sure we weren’t without water and quickly repaired our water leak to the supply line to our house the next day. He was quick to show up, did great work and was affordable. I’ve always heard you can only have two of the three - good fast and cheap. With James, you get all 3.

My water heater had went out. I called Sensible Solutions. They came out fixed the heating element and a gasket. Did it in a timely manner. I would recommend James for his services. Thanks, now I can take a shower and give my dogs a good bath.
